I didn’t always feel connected to who I was.
For a long time, I lived in a state that a lot of people know well – over-acheiving. Constantly doing, giving, and pushing forward. And, usually at the expense of myself. After school I followed a path I thought I should take and built a career in a high-pressure, fast-paced industry. I became very good at keeping everything going and everyone happy, while quietly losing touch with myself inside the corporate grinder. Beneath the surface I had a growing sense of anxiety and disconnection.
In my mid-thirties I had my first child, and something began to shift. What followed wasn’t a quick or easy transformation; it was a gradual and deeply personal process of self-reflection — recognising long-held patterns and understanding how they shaped my behaviour. Through this inner work, I slowly began to untangle years of conditioning and learned to live in a way that felt sustainable and aligned with my values.
During this time I first experienced alternative healing therapies, and after some exploring I felt drawn towards sound as a powerful and supportive tool to help myself. I eventually trained to be a Sound Healing Practitioner so I could offer this beautiful therapeutic experience to others.
My own journey has taught me that healing isn’t something you can rush or perform – it comes from creating space, building awareness, and allowing yourself to be exactly where you are. My work is rooted in that understanding.
I offer intuitive sound healing sessions that are calm, grounded and restorative. They are designed to help overwhelmed minds to slow down and reconnect with themselves.
Come as you are. You don’t need to arrive feeling a certain way. You’re welcome exactly as you are. There is no pressure to “fix” anything, and no expectation to understand it all.
