About Me

Hey there. I’m Liz. Wife, mother and nature-lover.

I’m Australian-born and have made Huddersfield, UK my home.

For a long time, I didn’t always feel connected to who I was.
I was a people-pleaser and an over-acheiver.
A ‘nice’ girl who didn’t know what healthy boundaries were. Constantly doing, giving, and pushing forward at the expense of myself.

After school I built a career in a high-pressure and fast-paced industry. I became very good at keeping everything going and everyone happy, while quietly losing touch with myself inside the corporate grinder. Beneath the surface I had a growing sense of anxiety and disconnection. It’s a state that a lot of people know well.

When I had my first child, something began to shift. What followed wasn’t a quick or easy transformation; it was an undoing of sorts. A gradual and deeply personal process of self-reflection — recognising long-held patterns and understanding how they shaped my behaviour. Through this inner work, I slowly began to heal my nervous system. Untangling years of conditioning. I learned to live in a way that felt sustainable and also aligned with my values.

During this time I first experienced alternative healing therapies, and after some exploring I felt drawn towards sound as a powerful tool to help myself. I then trained to be a Sound Healing Practitioner so I could offer this beautiful therapeutic experience to others.

Human beings are not meant to be living in a constant state of stress and hypervigilance. My work is rooted in that understanding. My own journey has taught me that healing isn’t something you can rush or perform – it comes from creating space, building awareness, and allowing yourself to be exactly where you are.

I offer intuitive sound healing sessions that are calm, grounded and restorative. They are designed to help overwhelmed minds to slow down and reconnect with themselves.

Come as you are. You don’t need to arrive feeling a certain way. You’re welcome exactly as you are. There is no pressure to “fix” anything, and no expectation to understand it all.
